Pixilation

A few times a week I have to refresh my cable up to three times to get rid of pixilation. Please repair!  [Edited: "Personal Information"]

user_d2evbg Good morning! Have you attempted to run a system refresh of the service? The quickest way is using your voice remote and saying "System Refresh". Alternatively, use the Xfinity app on your mobile device or navigate the Help menu on your TV screen.
