Hello @user_kahl12 and thank you for posting on our Xfinity Community forums!❤️
For Xfinity X1 or Flex boxes, we do not have a variable playback speed (like 0.5 or 1.5x) for content we provide. You have standard rewind and fast-forward options at four different speeds, and can also use the page up/down keys to skip or set a 30-second skip.
At present, we don't have a timeline for offering this feature to my knowledge, but in some other apps like YouTube on the box, you can leverage the feature.
