Please perform a system reset to clear DVR issues
Please perform a system reset and refresh my device, to clear DVR issues with the X1 system.
I have spent many hours on the phone resetting my DVR and trying to get this to work. I cannot get my recordings and I've talked to several people regarding this matter

have you done a "sync DVR" - that is also in the settings - it has assisted me a lot
