Thanks for reaching out to us! This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting has great information how you can troubleshoot your Internet services via our awesome Xfinity app.

The app will run through some remote troubleshooting steps to see if the issues can be fixed remotely. If the issues cannot be fixed for remotely the awesome app we'll connect you with an Xfinity chat assistant to schedule for a technician to come out and find and fix the issues.
