Pop up messages on X1

I just made some programing changes to my Xfinity plan and am now receiving random pop up messages throughout the day while watching live, recorded or on demand programs on my X1. All my privacy settings on My Account and the X1 are set to NO or opted out but th messages persist. Numerous calls to support hack bw na wast of time.

THe message reads"

"Thank you for being our valued customer. As a reminder, and as mentioned in the Smart Hub Privacy Notice (found In the TV settings), we may collect Information about how you use this device and the services you use on It."

The messages are only displayed for a few seconds not even enough time to read it but my wife got a pic. Anyone else noticing this recently? How did you fix it?

BARKING UP THE WRONG TREE??

I found this on the Samsung Community forum. I was considering this problem and was susoicious that the reference to "Smart Hub" is probably NOT Xfinity. I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest this is due to a Samsung Smart TV update. Other than a RARE Samsung firmware update, I don't need the TV connected 24/7.  It's basically a HDMI monitor for the X1 and Apple TV. I just disconnected the TV from my WiFI and will see it that eliminates the messages.

Cheers!

I just found another post suggesting the reference to Smart Hub was a Samsung issue and not XFINITY. The solution seems to be to turn off the WiFi on the tv and then back on. I had to use the Samsung remote to do that
