Portland, OR outage 2/21/25

Here in SE Portland, I lost TV service a bit before 4PM.  Call to tech support has wait times at 45 minutes.  Using the Xfinity app to contact results in error messages.  Internet is working, but something seems to be really screwed up.

I actually reached out two days ago.  Apparently you had a widespread cable outage that affected many areas of the country.  Couldn't connect to CS by phone or by Xfinity app.  A third-party website (discussion forum) confirmed that many people were experiencing the same problem.  After about an hour, you apparently fixed the problem and people all over the country, including me, got their service back.  It has worked ever since.
