Power went off suddenly, now cable box won’t go online

I was watching TV. The power went off for maybe 30 minutes. When it went back on, the cable box stayed offline and won’t go back online.

user_g4o5ae We thank you for reaching out! If power has not been restored to the Xfinity TV box, you may want to ensure the power outlet or surge protector is still active. Often times power interruptions may cause a breaker to trip when power is restored.
