Hello @user_wv80d2 that error code suggest a connection issue. To fix Netflix error NW-2-5, start by checking your internet connection, restarting your streaming device, and restarting your modem/router. If the issue persists, connect via Ethernet, and check for VPN/proxy restrictions.
