Prime video won't load

Open the prime video app and ut just sits on the blue screen with 3 dots, then times out.  Have powered off, reset, removed from network and added again, refreshed, restarted.  Tried the assistant and got nowhere, actually it told me it would text me in an hour when the issue was resolved, but I never got anything.

I understand that you haven't been able to get Prime Video to load, I want to thank you for letting me know the troubleshooting steps that you have already tried. Rest assured that you've reached the right team to help you resolve this concern. Can you confirm if you are trying to access this through an X1 box or a Flex box? Have you also attempted to reset your modem/router?
