Recording on DVR not Working after Cancel

If I cancel a scheduled recording on the X1 DVR then Reactivate it or manually trigger recording using the Record Button on the remote, it does not record into my saved recordings.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

TigerJr Thank you for stopping in for help with your DVR recording not saving if set back up after being canceled. Have you by chance used the Sync DVR option on your X1 box?

If not, give these steps a try: Press the Xfinity button on your remote.

Navigate right to the gear icon (Settings) and press OK.

Scroll down to Device Settings and select it.

Scroll to the bottom and select Sync DVR (or "Sync DVR Now").

Confirm the action when prompted.

Let me know if that helps with the next show that is set to record.

@XfinityAmandaB hello,

yes I did a Sync DVR option when I noticed it did not change the record icon back on. As expected is it stated it was in the saved recording while the show was running as “Recording now”
I later checked my saved recording to watch it on the next day and the recording was not present.

That was the confusing thing.

Thank you for letting me know you had already tried that step.

Now, since they are not showing saved, are they going right to the deleted recording after, since you do see they are recording while on? If you check by pressing the Xfinity button on your remote control.

Use the arrow buttons to highlight Saved.
Use the arrow buttons to highlight Recordings, then arrow down to Recently Deleted.

Are the shows in question showing there?
