recording on my DVR.
I can record single episodes but not the series. I have plenty of space to record the series, but it won't do it. I have to record each episode separately

Thanks for meeting us here in our community about the trouble with setting your series recording, @user_ax513m. You've reached the right place for help.
Can you tell me if this is a new issue? Meaning you've been able to set the recordings for the series in the past and this just started happening recently. Or have you never been able to set a series recording? Also, are you attempting this on your cable boxes at home or on the Xfinity Stream app?
