Remote issues

Remote is lighting up, tried recommended reset method of holding A followed by 9-8-1. Still not luck connecting to cable. Volume works. XR15.

user_efe728 Thanks for reaching out for help with your remote concern. Are you having trouble connecting the remote to our cable box, your TV, or both? After doing reset did you say "Program remote" into the remote voice command?

I did try that and remote is connected to the TV i believe but wont connect to the cable box.
