Remote no longer controls the volume and when I turn the TV off it says to hit the source button. I don't have a source button

How to get the volume to work? I do not have a a&d button on my volume. It's Xfinity stream

Sounds like the remote is no longer paired to your TV. You can re-pair it in Settings/Remote Settings.
