Good afternoon @Becky112771. Do you still have your old remote that you can try to connect?

I am having the same issue. Just got a brand new box and remote and I cannot get it to pair with my Spectra tv. Old box and remote was fine. But when trying to pair it asks if I want to pair my remote with the tv and I hit yes than it goes voice remote successful than do I want it to control my tv and it has yes or skip and it won’t acknowledge my clicking of the yes.

user_j1wgq5 Hi there! Thanks for reaching out! Since you're unable to select "Yes" when trying to pair your new remote with your Spectra TV, let's try a few things to get it working:
  1. Reset the Remote – Press and hold the Setup button (or A + D buttons on some remotes) until the light at the top turns green, then enter 981 to reset it. After that, try pairing again.
  2. Manually Pair the Remote – Instead of using the on-screen prompts, try manually programming the remote by pressing and holding the Setup button until the light turns green, then enter your TV's manufacturer code (which you can find at Xfinity's remote code lookup).
  3. Check Batteries & Line of Sight – Make sure the remote has fresh batteries and is pointed directly at the TV when trying to pair.
  4. Power Cycle the Box – Unplug your cable box for about 60 seconds, plug it back in, and try the pairing process again once it's fully rebooted.

If none of these steps work, let us know, and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot further!
