Remote won't work

I changed the batteries on my remote. Now it won't work. I have unplugged everything thing. Waited for tv to reboot. Still nothing. I did try to reset the remote. But when  I hold the setup button nothing happens. Light does not turn green. And yes I checked to see if I had the batteries in correctly.

user_h8ikf9 Hello there, and welcome to our Xfinity Forums! I'm happy to help you get you remote working. Can you please share what remote and model of TV you have? It sounds like it may need to just be paired. If you have a voice remote, you can all press the "microphone" button and say pair my remote. Please let me know if this works for you.
