Hi @user_yvqq49 Are you still having issues with your remote? You can factory reset your remote to unpair it.
This will erase the connection between your remote and TV Box, so you’ll need to pair them again afterward. You can pair your Xfinity Voice Remote again by saying “Program remote” into the microphone button.
If it is a new TV Box make sure it’s activated before you re-pair.
Depending on what remote you have follow the steps below to factory reset:
XR11 Voice Remote: Press and hold the Setup button until the light changes from red to green, then press 9-8-1.
XR15 Voice Remote: Press and hold the A and D buttons until the light changes, then press 9-8-1.
XR16 Voice Remote: Press and hold the Info and Home buttons for five seconds, then press Power, Last, and Volume Down.
XR100 Remote: Press and hold the back and add buttons until you hear a beep, then press 9-8-1.
After resetting, you'll need to re-pair the remote.

The https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/programming-your-xfinity-remote article says "Press 9-8-6" to reset the XR11. Which is correct?
