Reoccurring Pixelization on TV

This is a recurring area issue. 6-8 months ago a technician had to repair the equipment station at our main community entrance due to low signal/noise causing severe pixelization on TV.  It is now happening again. Please submit a maintenance ticket to the line crew for the community node rather than scheduling a residential home visit.

Thank you for reaching out to us on our community forums @user_8232e4! It sounds like a technician may have submitted a referral to maintenance which led to our local network team repairing the equipment in the area. Since this is recurring and previously had a technician, we will want to take a closer look at the notes and past tickets on the account.
