Report music channel aspect ratio issue

All TVs in household have wrong music channel aspect ratio appearing as letterbox. Occurred overnight with probable cause an “update” sent by Xfinity. Called support and ran through all suggested fixes with no result. All neighbors having same issue. Xfinity please fix.

Yes we are experiencing the same issues on all X1 boxes.

As of this morning the full screen aspect ration on X1 boxes has been restored. The quick response on this board is appreciated.
