Same!

A tech was just here last week and replaced my previous box that died after a system update. Now with the new box, my recordings are pixelating about every 5-10 minutes. The previous box didn’t do this before it died. Just this new box. I think I need a replacement box too.

Hi there, @user_seqexu Thank you so much for your time and patience. I'm very sorry for the trouble you are having with your new box. Since it's been a few days since you last posted, are you still experiencing pixelating every 5-10 minutes? If so, please reach back out so we can get you taken care of.-Richard
