Samsung 85 inch TV

I recently purchased the TV which I was led to believe is 4K, but several broadcasts from Xfinity tell me that my TV does not support it.  Any ideas?

What TV?  Do you get 4K from other sources including TV apps like Netflix?

Clearly a 4K set.  What X1 box do you have and how is it telling you your TV doesn't support 4K?

Thank you.  Xfinity is sending me a compatible box for free.
