Scheduling a tech appointment is harder than it should be

We've seen degradation of our tv signal for a long time and now we want to have a technician come out to assess and make a recommendation on next steps. I've gone through the troubleshooting that the "assistant" recommended but can't get a "schedule a tech appointment" option through the app's bot.

We live in a heavily forested rural area and the tv/cable lines are definitely sagging/drooping through trees.

How do we move forward? Can someone contact us?

Thanks.

Hello user_frdowx, I love to watch my recordings and sports on the weekend with the Stream app, so I can imagine how annoying the TV signal issues would be. I'm glad to hear you were able to run through those troubleshooting steps, usually, if the app determines a tech visit is needed, you do get the option to schedule one. Let's get on the same page and go through some remote troubleshooting steps together. If a tech is still needed, I can help with that as well. I'd just like to resolve it sooner if possible. What type of signal issues are you seeing on your end?

Thanks for responding, Marcos. We are currently traveling but will try to connect with you early next week when we are home and can work on that troubleshooting together.

user_frdowx, Of course, we have your back every step of the way when you're ready. Have a fun trip and be safe out there ❤️. Since you're away from your network, you may have limited access, but you can still use the Xfinity Stream app to watch some awesome content and help pass the time while you travel. Definitely check it out.
