secondary boxes not showing all recordings from primary box
I recently replaced my X1 primary box. I have 2 secondary wired boxes. Ever since the replacement, I have had problems with the recording/DVR part of the secondary boxes. There are recordings on the primary box that do not appear on the secondary boxes. Scheduled recordings show up as "recording conflict" even though they ultimately record fine on the main DVR. The % full is extremely high and very different from the primary box. In addition, I have recordings on the primary box that do not show up in the Stream app (or the secondary boxes). The secondary boxes seem to reflect the same recordings that are on the Stream app/cloud. It doesn't seem to be seeing the primary DVR correctly. When I picked up the new primary box, I was not given any particular instructions as to how to install related to secondary boxes, so I just plugged it in and set it up. It seems as though the secondary boxes don't recognize the primary, so what do I need to do to get them in sync again? I have tried various methods of system refresh, sync DVR, powering off, etc. and nothing has helped. I unplugged the cable from one of the secondary boxes, unplugged the power source, then plugged in the cable and power, but it made no difference.
