Select button and voice commands do not work
Have XR15 Xfinity Voice Remote. The select/ok button and voice function do not work. Neither functioned with my original remote or a new one I just picked up at the Xfinity store.
Cable box recognizes other buttons- Guide. Xfinity. Page up/Down. numbers. Channel.
Swapped batteries multiple times. Power cycled cable box

I'd definitely like to investigate the voice command and other button not working, and appreciate the update that you've replaced the batteries and power cycled the set-top box. Have you checked the settings to see if the voice command option has been disabled: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/turn-voice-control-on-or-off
Have you attempted to do a factory reset the Xfinity remote, and then run through the re-pairing process: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/programming-your-xfinity-remote

Tried all the tips listed. Finally contacted Xfinity support via phone and they determined the the box was faulty. Exchanged it at Xfinity store. Problem solved
