Service interruption

Cable programming intermittently freezes voice and/or picture.  Checked all connections and re-booted.  Local feeds are fine, TNT, USA, HGTV, POP etc. all experiencing this problem.

@user_f7whgl  I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your cable services. Thanks for letting me know you have checked the connections and rebooted. 

I have some questions to ask to help troubleshoot your connection.

Is there a timeframe that this happens such as evenings or after midnight etc?

When did this start?

If you have internet have you also restarted your modem?

If your local feeds are fine can you tell us which channels are having the issue?

Do you experience any issues watching On-demand or through your DVR if you have one?
