Smart resume has not worked for months

Smart resume has not worked for months.  I say smart resume,  the results are the old Get Smart TV show.  I've toggled it on and off several times.  Reset the box.  Nothing works.  The progress recording bar shows that smart resume is available.  Last time I had an issue with voice commands, I was told it's a "Back Room" issue.

@user_182cfe Smart Resume isn't available for all programs and networks. Right now, Smart Resume is only available for top shows on NBC, ABC, CBS, FOX, CW, Bravo, HGTV, Discovery, MTV and TLC. It can only be used on eligible HD programs you recorded after January 1, 2019. We’re actively working on increasing the programs and networks Smart Resume is available on.

@XfinityBenny As I said. Smart Resume is NOT working.  It has NOT been working for months.  When I say smart resume into the remote  I get Get Smart.  Listen to your customers.  I know how Smart Resume works.  The progress bar is blue for the program and yellow for the commercials.  Your answer is not accepted.

Hello, @user_182cfe

Please verify smart resume is enabled:

Press the Xfinity button on your Xfinity Voice Remote.
Use the right arrow to go over to the Settings menu (gear icon).
The Settings icon is displayed as a gear along the screen's right edge.
Choose Preferences, then General.
The Preferences selection is second from the top of the screen.

The General selection is along the top.
Press the down arrow to highlight Smart Resume for Recordings, and press OK (or the round button in the center of the directional pad) to toggle it Off or On.

There is currently an ongoing issue with Smart Resume functionality, where fast-forward is stopping around 30-40 seconds before the program resumes. This is a known issue with no timeline for resolution.
