Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I know we've had some reported issues with the service for a bit. Unfortunately, I don't see that we have made any progress on this concern as of yet. I know this is not the answer you were hoping for, but I wanted to be upfront about what we know so far.

I am looking for an answer to this plus why CBS suddenly stopped smart resuming. Tried the shortcut reported with hitting EXIT 3x then typing 0030, but it just exits out of wherever I am (live tv or on a DVR show) and switches to CHANNEL 30. So frustrating!!!
