Someone is breaking into my account/tv. They actually turned my TV on.

Every night someone tries to enter my connections.  I live in a large subdivision (1200) homes, Del Webb.  I was the first to get Xfinity.  Someone is trying every night to get in.  I need you to find out who this is.

Hello @user_4i7ug2 thanks for reaching out to us on our Xfinity Forums for help with the connections that you are seeing on your network. I understand how concerning this can be considering the need to keep our home connections and information private. Are you receiving this alert on our Xfinity app? Have you recently changed your network name or password? Do you lease a Xfinity gateway for your home internet service?

@XfinityPaula I do use the gateway for my Internet connection.  The past couple of days have been uneventful.  Like it's been cut off.  It was really scary and we are not young.  I am hopeful that the work done on the system took care of the problem.  Let's hope so.  Thanks.

Oh the problem was not answered but the problem has stopped so far.

user_4i7ug2 That would be for sure. Other than the remote being paired to the TV we do not have access to controlling your TV. I have seen in the past with some older TV a universal remote can be used from outside your home and can impact you. Let me know if it happens again.
