Sound cuts out every day

I'd be reaching out if the sound on my television kept cutting out too, user_q3r8h4. This is not the viewing experience we want for anyone, and we appreciate the chance to help out. I'd like to ask a few questions to get a better understanding and troubleshoot this issue with you. To start, are you using separate speakers, or are the TV speakers having this issue? Does this occur on certain channels, and have you tried using the Xfinity app to troubleshoot when this happens? It works great and is easy to use.
