user_sxw9dr Thanks for reaching out with your sound concern. Can you provide me with details on where the sound is going in and out like with our device or streaming. All devices in the home or just one specific TV. Is it live TV or streaming having issues? We are happy to help with troubleshooting your issue.
user_sxw9dr Thank you for clarifying that for me! Are you noticing the sound cutting out on all your channels or just one?

Many people are noticing this on Xfinity. I postd it on Nextdoor - and have had over 20 replies so far. We've noticed the sound cutting in and out primarily on WGN (192) and WTTW (191). It seems worse on WTTW. It was very frustrating trying to watch shows on WTTW last night. We are seeing this on all our TVs - and neighbors are seeing it, as well.... both within our neighborhood and in other Dupage county suburbs.

The concern is not "Home Security Devices And Equipment" help related. Topic moved here to the TV help section for assistance.
