sports zone app error APPS-04223 when selecting watch

When I select "watch" I get error APPS-04223 and a message that says "Sorry this isn't working" and to try to access from the guide.

It happens on all items listed in the sports zone app

@brett5355 Thank you for making us aware about this error message you're getting when attempting to watch something from the sports zone app. I would be more than happy to help find a solution to this problem you're experiencing.

 

Have you by any chance tried to reset your device by using the Xfinity app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?

Hello,

I have tried the box reset using the voice remote.

That is still an issue and now today, the sports zone app is not showing all the live sports and does not have the multi view.
