sports zone app

I can't get the sports zone app. It's on the screen but doesn't open like it should. Can't grt it via the "c" button either

Everytime I open the sports zone app it prompts me to set it up. My list doesn't appear anymore. Fix it.

Hello @user_480c90. Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. Are you trying to download the Sports zone app via a Xfinity cable box or a streaming box?

xfinity cable box. I got it figured out. Went to the xfinity store and they showed me how to do it. Even the technician had to learn on the fly. Just pick a team on the right column (in the c mode) then scroll all the way down to activate the alert in the zone....
