Stop scamming your customers with "Power Saver Mode" [Edited]

We pay over $300 a month xfinity should not be controlling when the tv goes off this problem needs to be rectified if not [Edited: "Solicitation"] until they fix this problem STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE

It is actually pretty easy to turn off the Power Saver if you want to have it always running. 

 

Here are those steps:
To turn Power Saver off:

  • Navigate to Settings > Device Settings > Power Preferences > Power Saver > ON.

I doesn't matter if you turn it off or on the TV turns off either way

Have you checked if there is also a Power saver mode on your TV? This is a very common feature on almost all consumer electronics. What is the make/model of your TV?

No there isn't everyone has the same problem there are 1000s of complaints about this problem

user_i896ns The biggest thing is properly setting up both devices by disabling the power save feature. Rest assured, I have been helping on these forums for many years now, and our team has helped to provide understanding of how to use or disable these features between the various devices that all have this feature on by default.
