TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I can't find the telephone number to speak to a LIVE PERSON for my TV problem. I called 800-934-6489 but I just got a non-human who reset it which didn't solve the problem. Please tell me how I can speak to a LIVE technical support PERSON.

That is the only number used to reach our phone agents, and it should transfer you to a live agent if the automated system can't repair the problem.
