Third try to order an XG1v4 cable box!
I have spoken with an agent twice now about ordering an XG1v4 cable box. Both times they sent the wrong type. I do not want the wifi box. I want the XG1v4 box. If I agree to go to the Xfinity store there is no way to know whether they have one. I don't want to spend 45 minutes going to/from and waiting in the store only to find that they do not have what I want.
I'm pretty disappointed about this. Can someone please help me to order an XG1v4 box?

Good afternoon user_edsx75. I can definitely understand your concern. We could certainly work with you to ship out equipment, however we have no way to dictate or guarantee exactly what model of equipment will be shipped from the warehouse.
