Trying to switch to different plan

I’m trying change my tv plan but when I do it tells me I need to return the tv box within 10 days I never received it ordered week or two ago don’t have tracking or nothing on it.

Hello @user_2gjw7o Are you attempting to make these changes via our Xfinity Plan Builder? Was the box ordered as a replacement for an existing cable box or a new addition to the home?
