kathy2182 Thanks for reaching out to us about turning off WiFi for your TV. That's not something we are specifically trained in given the TV isn't supplied by us, but happy to look up what I can find on how to do so. Can I get the make and model of the TV that is telling you to disconnect it from the WiFi please?

kathy2182 Sorry I'm a little confused now. Who is telling you to turn off WiFi to the TV? The TV settings section should have an option to disconnect it from any WiFi it's currently connected to.

It sounds like the messaging may be coming from the television @kathy2182. Have you had a change to reach out to the manufacturer of the TV on how to disable or disconnection from a wireless network? As they are the manufacturer, they would be the experts on the steps needed to perform those actions.
