TV Freezing and Can't Get Any Channels [Edited]
The tv keeps freezing up and now I can’t get any channels.
I think I need to cancel my cable and get a different carrier!

Hi there, @user_w8zc8y! Thanks for reaching out about your channels not working and being frozen. We never want that and are happy to get that fixed! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
We recommend:
1. Restarting the TV box.
2. Sending a System Refresh signal. You can say System Refresh to the voice remote or press the A button and go to the right to access that. You can also troubleshoot and send signals to your equipment in the Xfinity app.
3. Check the cables going to the TV box to ensure they are snug and without.
