Tv freezing

My tv will not stop freezing up. I’m in the Detroit area. Rebooted and did all the other trouble shooting. Please help.

Hello user_cjqdxd! Thank you for creating the post for us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry that the TV continues to freeze and interrupt the programs you are trying to watch. Thank you for taking the steps to troubleshoot the issue and rebooting the cable box. Are you having the trouble on all channels that you are trying to watch or does it seem specific to certain networks?

I did a chat and it connected me to a live agent who fixed my issue. But thank you for responding!
