TV keep freezing and no one is actually helping

My TV constantly freezes. Its been happening for weeks now. I been going in circles with troubleshooting on the chat and phone. A technician witnessed the freezing but couldn't fix it. He said a truck will come out and look at the pole. That was 2 weeks ago and there has been no follow up. This is exhausting and frustrating - to keep repeating your issue and everyone thinks restarting the modem and tighten the wires will resolve the issue. I need this issue escalated and resolved, or my family will have to look into other reliable options.

Thank you for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear you are still experiences issues. Have you had a second visit by a technician? @user_b0ppsj I ask since the only way to submit a work order to maintenance for a repair to a node is through a technician.

Good morning user_5bn3xl! I'm sorry to read that your were having trouble with the TV freezing over the weekend. I hope that everything is working well again now. Are you still seeing issues with your service? Does it seem to only impact specific cahnnels?
