user_7qs3z1 Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your reception being pixelated. This can be caused by a few things including your boxes connection to your home network. I always recommend for reception issues to start with your troubleshooting options in the Xfinity app. In the services tab if you scroll down to TV & Streaming there is an option to troubleshoot TV issues. Tap there to bring up the Xfinity assistant. Pick Picture & Sound from the options to start. If the assistant is not able to resolve the issue it can even offer an option for a technician if it detects there is an issue and one is needed.
