TV Picture Issues

Over past couple weeks I keep getting pixelation of screen on all channels, live or recorded at all times of the day.  What do I need to do to get someone scheduled on my schedule to check.  There was one of Xfininty service trucks at my corner last week doing something.  I have had more issues since he left.

Hello @user_gbwjoa,it's been a couple of days since your post. Has your pixelation made any progress, or are you still having the same issues at this time?

It's actually been worse.  Screen will randomly go black or it v will freeze for a two ro four seconds

Will try them again via chat.  What a waste of my time.
