TV screen pixelation

Hi Xfinity customer Service, The TV screen has pixelation issue recently and lasts few months. It happens sometimes but consistently. it happened more often when the picture is more motion than static picture. I brought new TV, restarted setup tox and run the test by the instruction from virtual Xfinity assistant. The problem still exists. there is no pixelation issue when I watch same channel on computer. I cannot reach real agent on the phone. Thanks
