TV service

The living room reception makes clicking noise and drops the voice at the same time, but the pitcher stays playing, but now everything drops intermittent.

Good evening @user_t4eq3u, and thank you for reaching out on our community forums with your TV service issues, we appreciate it. Our team is happy to help troubleshoot. Are you experiencing any error messages or codes on your screen? Have you tried powering cycling your TV box by unplugging it for 1-2 minutes and plugging it back in? Is this happening on all channels or specific channels?

I'm still having issues with my service: The reception still clicking and at same time TV voice goes out and the picture stops Intermittently.

user_t4eq3u Thank you for letting us know you are still having reception issues. Reception can be impacted by a few things. Were you able to, by chance, do the steps Alyssa mentioned above? What troubleshooting steps have you already taken? If you have not already done so, I would recommend our Xfinity assistant for troubleshooting, as it is able to pick up issues with your home network that may impact your other services.
