Hi there, @user_f65db4! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum! Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TV service. When you are stuck on the welcome screen. The first thing to do would be to reset the power for the cable box by unplugging it for a few moments and then plugging it back in to see if everything loads up. You can also use the troubleshooting options on the XFINITY App, which is what I like to do whenever I run into an issue.
