TVs give message that there is Internet down but I have an internet connection on my laptop.

Multiple TVs indicate that the boxes are having trouble connecting to the internet but devices have connection. I restarted the boxes and the router. What else can I do?

Xfinity Assistant is down. 1 800 has call failed. I am #502  in chat line.

This is why people cancel.

There was an outage last night that affected most everyone.  When in doubt, google Xfinity down detector.
