Voice guidance screen keeps appearing when trying to activate new X1 box

I just received a new X1 box to replace my older one.  In trying to activate the new box I keep getting into this screen on my Amazon Fire TV for the voice guidance feature that will not allow me to proceed.  How do I resolve this

@user_mcks7v Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of what you're seeing from your end? Is there any error code/message when you attempt to navigate away from that screen?
