You need to make sure it is properly programmed to your TV. While the TV is on, press and hold the **Setup** button until the **All Power** button changes from red to green. Enter the first 5-digit code for the TV manufacturer. Aim the remote at the TV and press the **Power** button. If the TV turns off, turn it back on and check if the volume and mute buttons work. If not, repeat with the next code.
