Watching a program Tv freezes the picture then goes black and then turns off then a bit later it pops back on ,

My Husband and I have been dealing with this since April we have had multiple boxes , can't get a hold of anyone. hate , hate, hate this company. the new box works for awhile but doesn't last long. and for the amount we pay its not worth it .I am sending a letter to corporate.if I was tech savvy it would be different , maybe but being 74 can't figure it out . help./

Can you check the connection on your TV and cable box to make sure the connections are all tight and not loose.

I have done this a gazillion times! I have unplugged it to reset it I’ve had the Technicians out here twice, I have had or made multiple calls to the Xfinity Bot, And can’t get past them so I’ve had him or it do the check and then it’ll say we need to have a technician come out then they book me an appointment and then the technician doesn’t show up so so far Comcast is batting a zero
