Why doesn’t 2nd cable box have all the channels of box 1?

Tried to watch the baseball game upstairs and this channel didn’t seem to exist. Other channels are missing as well…

When you open the Xfinity App and troubleshoot your TV: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/tv-troubleshoot-xfinity-app what recommendations does it give you?
