Wicked for good is only playing in spanish

I purchased wicked for good, and it will only play in Spanish. I have checked all the language settings and unplugged the box a couple of times. It won't change languages even though everything I can see says it should be in English. How do I get it to play in English?

I have same issue i called in they did some "changes" told me it should be fixed in an hour. We will see.

Still not fixed only playing in Spanish
